ArcGIS Editor for OSM, 10.3.x , 10.2.x Desktop

Description
The ArcGIS Editor for OpenStreetMap allows you to use ArcGIS tools for working with OpenStreetMap data. This desktop toolset for ArcGIS 10.2.x , 10.3.x - meaning, 10.2.1 or 10.2.2 - allows you to load data from OpenStreetMap and store it in a geodatabase. You can then use the familiar editing environment of ArcGIS Desktop to create, modify, do network analysis, or update data. Once you are done editing, you can post back the edit changes to OSM to make them available to all OSM users.

There are two setups in this download. One is compatible with ArcGIS 10.2.1 or ArcGIS 10.2.2, the other compatible with ArcGIS 10.2.1 or 10.2.2 with the 64 Bit Background Geoprocessing installed additionally; i.e., it is in the "ArcGISEditor10_2_x64" folder. After installing, launch ArcMap and you should see an 'OpenStreetMap Toolbox' installed under your system toolboxes in the catalog browse window. See documentation for how to use the tools.

Note: This download has been updated to include fixes and enhancements included in the 10.3 release as well. One important change is that if you want to make changes to downloaded OSM data and use the "Upload to OSM" tool to upload the changes back to OpenStreetMap, you will need to run the "Add OSM Editor Extension" tool on your feature classes first. Also, there is not an installer for ArcGIS Desktop 10.2.0 because at the 10.2.1 update, significant changes to this toolbox were made that were not backported to 10.2., 10.3
